POST /api/v1/verify (or the paid /api/v1/verify/x402) with plain-language conditions or explicit deterministic checks plus the evidence, and Spoolis returns accepted/rejected counts, per-row rejection reasons, and a signed Outcome Receipt at receipt_url. Try it with no account via POST /api/sandbox/session then POST /api/sandbox/verify. max_amount_cents is optional unless unit is present; without it the result is verify-only with no earned-value semantics.
