General terms for Cleared Index platform services. $AEO-specific terms are in the separate Token Terms document.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Cleared Index websites, APIs, attestation tools, listings, gateway features, and related services (the "Services"). $AEO-specific terms are in the $AEO Token Terms, which are incorporated by reference.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Cleared Index provides informational infrastructure for endpoint discovery, checks, attestation, and routing. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, endpoint safety, uptime, pricing, or suitability for any transaction.
Attestations, scores, covenants, and witness records are technical artifacts, not legal certifications, audit opinions, or guarantees of merchant quality.
You must not abuse the Services, circumvent rate limits, submit malicious endpoints, interfere with other users, scrape in violation of robots/API policies, or use the Services for unlawful activity.
The Cleared Index catalog (listings, endpoints, scores, and derived dumps including cleared.txt and /.well-known/cleared.json) is proprietary. Bulk export, wholesale copying, mirroring, or redistribution of the catalog without a Pro API key or a separate written license is prohibited. Free access is limited to point lookups (Check, Gateway routing within free quotas) and metered samples.
Canary and integrity markers may appear in free samples. Republishing those markers is evidence of unauthorized bulk copying and may result in suspension, key revocation, and legal action.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or reverse ledger entries obtained through abuse, fraud, or error.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMIT LIABILITY AS DESCRIBED IN THE $AEO TOKEN TERMS, WHICH APPLY MUTATIS MUTANDIS TO THE SERVICES.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. For support inquiries, use the contact information on the Platform.
Services are operated by Entropy Index (operator of Cleared Index).
