GET /x402/report/{address} with a token's contract address on Arc (chain 5042). The first answer is HTTP 402 with x402 v2 terms in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header: the exact scheme, 0.01 USDC on eip155:5042, paid to Archipelago's treasury Safe and settled by Circle. Sign an EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization from a regular wallet (an EOA) or a deployed smart-contract wallet that accepts its signature under ERC-1271, and send the request again with the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header; x402 client libraries do both steps. The answer is the report as JSON: market numbers, buy and sell volume with the same-transaction round trips left out of it, the largest trades, what buying and selling $10, $100 and $1,000 costs in a simulation, every pool with its fee and what its hook may do, the launchpad, copy and same-ticker flags, the CoinGecko listing, pulled liquidity, and the contract's proxy, owner, mint and pause.
