What Cleared does
Not a directory — a trust gateway. x402 moves USDC. Cleared verifies the endpoint, routes the call, and attests the settlement — before and after spend.
Multi-rail capable: Index + Check cover x402/L402/MPP/ACP. Gateway defaults to x402 (Base gravity); Solana x402 and MPP open via CLEARED_GATEWAY_SOLANA / CLEARED_GATEWAY_MPP when spend or Stripe distribution triggers.
